At the heart of Glow Theatre Group is a team of passionate, experienced theatre-makers who believe that young people deserve outstanding training, exciting performance opportunities and the chance to discover just how much they can achieve.

🌟 Jackie Driscoll — Founder & Director

Glow Theatre Group is led by Jackie Driscoll, an experienced teacher, director and producer with a lifelong passion for performing arts.

Jackie created Glow in 2008 with a simple but ambitious aim: to provide young people with high-quality theatre training and genuinely exciting stage experiences.

Since then, she has directed and produced a huge range of plays and musical theatre productions for both children and adults, watching Glow grow into the successful, award-winning company it is today.

One of the things Jackie is most proud of is the impact Glow has had beyond the stage — building confidence, creating friendships and becoming a positive influence in the lives of so many young performers.

Jackie’s own love of performance began early. She trained as a dancer from the age of five and has never lost her enthusiasm for being on stage! Alongside leading Glow, Jackie sings with Viva Acappella, an award-winning women’s barbershop chorus, and still loves the opportunity to step back into the theatrical spotlight herself whenever time allows.

For Jackie, theatre isn’t simply about putting on a show — it’s about giving young people the skills, confidence and experiences that stay with them long after the curtain comes down.

Together, they work across individual coaching, small-group sessions and full-cast rehearsals, helping each young performer develop while bringing the whole production together.

Our creative team designs and teaches choreography, coaches singing and performance skills, directs scenes and rehearsals, and works with our performers to create productions that are ambitious, polished and exciting.
